What is the primary focus of the BULELA
Foundation?
Our goal
is to rescue orphaned and abandoned children in Kinshasa,
Democratic Republic of Congo. We hope to do this by by funding
the construction of an orphanage in this city. This orphanage
will then be used to aid in the educational, social, economic
training and spiritual development of it's charges. Eventually,
we envision the development of other similar orphanages in
other cities in sub-Sahara Africa where the need is the greatest.

can I help support the children?

Additionally, pictures of the construction process, the completed
orphanage the orphaned children and their caregiverswill be
collected. Quarterly and bi-annual progress reports including
individual child cases and testimonials will be provided to
the foundation. Additionally, the founder of BULELA will continue
to make frequent visits to the site in order to ensure the
smooth operations of the orphanage and to check on the welfare
and progress of the children.
What
is the cost of supporting each child?
